The Studio
For anyone contemplating an extended stay or simply desiring the added convenience of a kitchen this unique
studio will more than satisfy. It was fully renovated in 2007 and has hardwood floors, a built-in raised
double bed covered in a light down comforter, bathroom with a skylight and shower-- as well as a full
refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishes and utensils. The small living room opens onto an outdoor patio space.
It has its own exterior entry as well as access from inside the hotel. This studio is as attractive to the
long term executive as the honeymoon couple.

The R.S Ball
A large, sunny four room apartment with high ceilings, tall windows and ample antique trim. It
overlooks Main Street and has its own exterior entrance as well as entry through the hotel. The apartment
contains photos of the original owner, Rueben S. Ball, who during the early 1900s lived above the
lobby with his wife and family. The apartment contains a living room, dining room and a bed room with a
king sized bed covered in a light down comforter. There is a pull out bed in the living room and a
good-sized kitchen with a full refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishes and utensils. The bathroom has a standard
bath/shower.
